LIES ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS MANY OF US STILL BELIEVE

This so called fat scares everyone, from people with extra weight to people with well-toned bodies. So don’t worry, you’re not the only one on this table.

Do you go to the Gym four times a week, stick to a low carb diet and do not eat after 5pm, but you still aren’t losing as much weight as you’d like. Or not losing any weight at all.

The truth is, we now have an overwhelming choice of weight loss websites, but not all of them spread the right info. Here's what you don't know.

1.      YOU SHOULDN'T EAT AFTER 6pm

It doesn't really matter when you eat, what's important is the number of calories you consume. So instead of starving after 6pm, write down all the calories you eat every day and be sure to burn as much as possible during the day by being active.

  FAT MAKES YOU FAT

It's true that fat has 9 calories per gram and protein has only four. However, high fat food on their own won't make you gain tons of weight. As long as you count and watch your intake of high fat food, you'll be fine. Just don't take too much of it. Try to keep a healthy balance between fats and other classes of food.

YOU'LL GAIN WEIGHT AS YOU GROW OLDER

As Long as you lead a healthy lifestyle, you won't gain any unwanted weight as you grow older. But remember, sitting at home all day, crunching on popcorn while watching TV won't give you that body that you want so badly. If you want to look great in your 60's, you have to start hitting the gym and eating well now. So get that lazy ass up and start working.

WORKOUT IS EFFECTIVE ONLY IF YOU FEEL SORE

Everyone believes the more pain you feel after a workout, the more effective it is. This isn't exactly right. The feeling of soreness usually comes from working out muscles you haven't trained before, like when you do new exercises. So relax and enjoy your workout. And if you don't feel sore the next day, it doesn't mean you won't have outstanding result. As long as you do it right, you'll be fine.

There are so many myths out there, so make sure you choose what's right for you.
